North Springs Students will be "Street Artists" in the Celebrate Israel Festival at the MJCCA
Festival goers to next Sunday's Celebrate Israel Festival will be able to enjoy the artistic talents of seven North Springs Charter High School magnet students.

The students have volunteered to be "street artists and performers" as part of the huge Israel Independence Day festival to be held at the Marcus Jewish Community Center on May 17, 2009.
Playing her guitar will be junior Gabby Melnick, while juniors Katie Samuels, Eden Weingart and Eva Berlin serve as sidewalk chalk artists.
Senior Chakura Kineard will paint faces while junior Douglas Aguilar and sophomore Zach Feldman paint on easels. The students are looking forward to sharing their talents and having the opportunity to create art as festival goers watch and experience the street festival atmosphere.
